A pak u\u017e je t\u0159eba jenom \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b spl\u00e1cet, aby nedo\u0161lo ke komplikac\u00edm, je\u017e by mohly skon\u010dit a\u017e t\u00edm, \u017ee by dlu\u017en\u00edk kv\u016fli nespl\u00e1cen\u00ed o svou nemovitost p\u0159i\u0161el. Ale vzhledem k tomu, jak optim\u00e1ln\u011b se tu podm\u00ednky spl\u00e1cen\u00ed nastavuj\u00ed, to nehroz\u00ed prakticky nikomu z t\u011bch, kdo to mysl\u00ed up\u0159\u00edmn\u011b a v\u0161e vr\u00e1tit hodlaj\u00ed. Jako \u010destn\u00ed lid\u00e9.
