Ned\u00e1vno dokonce p\u0159ekro\u010dily v\u0161echny dosavadn\u00ed historick\u00e9 miln\u00edky.Pro p\u0159edstavu se ceny byt\u016f, stavebn\u00edch parcel a rodinn\u00fdch dom\u016f vyv\u00edjej\u00ed obdobn\u011b. Z\u00e1sadn\u00edm vlivem na tento trend je zmi\u0148ov\u00e1n sou\u010dasn\u00fd r\u016fst ekonomiky a n\u00edzk\u00e9 \u00farokov\u00e9 sazby hypot\u00e9k.Nap\u0159\u00edklad k\u00a0rychl\u00e9mu r\u016fstu nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed u V\u0161ech nemovitost\u00ed. Rodinn\u00e9 domy maj\u00ed pozvoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stoupav\u00e9 tendence cen, je to z d\u016fvodu dlouhodob\u00e9ho horizontu po dobu, kter\u00e9ho se v\u00a0tomto realitn\u00edm segmentu obchoduje. Oproti tomu v Chorvatsku byl trend opa\u010dn\u00fd a ceny dokonce klesaly o 0,4 procenta.
